As many of our sarees are handcrafted, specially arranged, or available on preorder basis, we currently do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order is confirmed.

Minor irregularities in weaving, zari, prints, or handwork are natural characteristics of handcrafted fabrics.
In case of a damaged or incorrect product, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video for assistance.
